Getting started
What is Riturn?
A daily ritual app. Each morning, you do a 30-second check-in, and Riturn gives you three small rituals — chosen for the body and mind you woke up with — based on Ayurveda's framework.
How long does it actually take each day?
The check-in is 30 seconds. The three rituals are designed to total about 15 minutes. You can do some of them while you're already making coffee or in the shower.
Do I need to know anything about Ayurveda?
No. Riturn is designed for someone who has heard the word and no further. We don't use Sanskrit on the surface; we explain everything in plain language. If you do know Ayurveda, you can tap into the "why now" reveals to see what's behind each choice.
Is this a meditation app? A yoga app? A diet app?
None of those, exactly. It's a daily ritual app. Some rituals are meditation. Some are breath. Some are food or warm water. Some are self-massage. Ayurveda doesn't separate them, and neither do we.
How Riturn works
How does Riturn decide what to give me each day?
Two inputs: your constitutional baseline (set once during onboarding) and your daily check-in (how you actually are today). The rule engine matches those against a library of practices reviewed by our Scientific Advisory Board. The logic is rule-based and auditable — no AI is making your daily plan.
Does the AI Coach replace a doctor?
No. The Coach is bound by hard rules. It will not diagnose, prescribe, or weigh in on medication. When a question crosses into medical territory, the Coach will point you to a doctor or a practitioner.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing punitive. Riturn doesn't run streak guilt loops. The weekly card adjusts to what you actually did, not what you "should" have done.
Pricing & access
How much will Riturn cost?
At launch in fall 2026: $7.99/month or $79/year, with a 7-day free trial. The beta (summer 2026) is free.
Is there a free tier?
The beta is free. After V1 launch, the product is subscription-only — no permanent free tier — but we expect to offer a 7-day full-access trial.
How do I get into the beta?
Get on the beta list. We're inviting our first 50–100 users from the waitlist starting in summer 2026.
Credibility & safety
Who reviews the content?
A Scientific Advisory Board of physicians and Ayurvedic practitioners reviews every ritual in the library before it can be served. No content surfaces to users without SAB sign-off.
Is Riturn HIPAA compliant?
At V1, Riturn is not a HIPAA-regulated product — we don't collect or store protected health information in the regulated sense. We follow privacy and security best practices. At Phase 2 (biometric layer launch), we'll add the appropriate compliance posture.
Do you sell my data?
No.
