Approach
Built by people who've spent fifteen years inside Ayurveda. Used by people who don't have to.
Ancient wisdom, made operational.
Ayurveda is a complete system. It includes a theory of constitution (how you're wired), a theory of imbalance (how you drift from that wiring), dietary guidance, lifestyle protocols, herbal traditions, body practices like self-massage and breathwork, and an extensive practitioner-led medical tradition.
Most people who encounter Ayurveda for the first time get a single book, a quiz, and a recommendation. That's not enough — and it's also too much.
Riturn translates the parts of Ayurveda you can actually use day-to-day into a small product. The parts that need a practitioner stay with practitioners. The parts that are content stay as content. The parts that are daily care — those are what Riturn ships.
Riturn's full scope.
Ayurveda is one of five interlocking practices Riturn will eventually orchestrate:
- Meditation — practices for the mind
- Yoga — practices for the body
- Ayurveda — daily care, nutrition, and the constitutional framework
- Vastu — how your home and space affect your state
- Astrology — how time and rhythm affect your state
Riturn's V1 is Ayurveda-led — that's the wedge that translates most directly into a daily ritual product. Meditation and Yoga show up in V1 as ritual types. Vastu and Astrology join the product in later phases.
We're not building a “wellness platform.” We're building a single, coherent daily practice — one that grows with you over years.

Why we built this.
Our mission is to build the world's holistic wellbeing engine — where ancient wisdom meets adaptive technology to scale planetary healing.
That's the long arc. The short arc is what's in your hand: a daily practice you can keep, designed for the body and mind you woke up with.
The rest follows from there.
