Daily Ritual App · Grounded in Ayurveda
Return to your rhythm.
Riturn translates 5,000 years of Ayurveda into three small rituals each morning — chosen for the body and mind you actually woke up with. A 30-second check-in. A 15-minute plan. A coach when you need one. The smallest daily practice you'll actually keep.
Internal alpha testing now. Public beta opening summer 2026.

Wellness apps ask a lot of you. We ask 30 seconds.

30 seconds in
Open Riturn. Tell us how you woke up — sleep, energy, mood, body. That's it.
15 minutes a day
Get three small, specific rituals chosen for today. Most take under five minutes each.
The rest of your life
Riturn is designed to dissolve into the way you already live — not become another thing to keep up with.
What's inside Riturn.
Daily Check-in
30 seconds.
You don't fill out a quiz every day. You check in. Sleep, energy, mood, two body signals. The app translates it into a plain-language read of where you are this morning — no jargon, no scores out of ten.
Daily Ritual Plan
Three things, today.
Riturn picks one or two evergreen rituals you'll do most days (something steady — a morning self-massage, a breath practice, a cup of warm water) and one or two variable rituals tuned to today's check-in. Each comes with guided audio and a short “why now” reveal. Total time: about fifteen minutes.
AI Coach with Memory
A wellness companion that remembers you.
An AI companion grounded in classical Ayurveda teachings and practitioner protocols. The Coach remembers your conversations across sessions, so the guidance builds over time. It will help you think about what you're noticing and point you to a practitioner when you need one. It will not diagnose, not prescribe, and routes to crisis support if you need it. You control your data — view, erase, or turn off Coach memory entirely from your settings.
Tongue Journal
Daily body observation through your phone's camera.
Snap a photo of your tongue each morning. Riturn's analyzer reads what traditional Ayurveda sees — coating, color, and texture patterns — and explains what they may reflect about how your body is doing today. Grounded in classical observation, not clinical diagnosis.
Food + Drink Journal
Track what you eat and how it lands.
Log meals and drinks with a quick tap. Riturn tags each entry with how the food tends to affect your body — warming or cooling, heavy or light, grounding or stimulating — so you start noticing your own patterns over time.
Vastu & Jyotish Daily Lenses
Ancient wisdom for your modern day.
Vastu brings architectural harmony — personalized guidance for your living space based on a quick home assessment. Jyotish provides a daily archetype from the Vedic astrology tradition, personalized to your birth data. Both are gentle lenses, not fortune-telling.
Your Patterns Over Time
Milestones, not streaks. Rhythms, not scores.
Riturn quietly tracks your practice depth and celebrates milestones — your first ritual, your first week, your first month. A monthly “Your Patterns” page shows what's shifting over time, in plain language. No leaderboards. No anxiety about missing a day.
Weekly Reflection
One trend. One next thing.
Once a week, Riturn shows you a single trend from how your week went, plus one small thing to try next. We borrowed this from how good practitioners actually work. They don't show you a dashboard. They look at the pattern and tell you one thing.

Why ancient wisdom, and why now.
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of medicine and daily care developed in India. Long before “personalized health” became a marketing phrase, Ayurveda was already organized around the principle that your body has a baseline pattern — and a current state — and that the right daily practice meets you where you are today.
For most of the last century, that wisdom has lived in textbooks, in clinics, and inside the heads of practitioners. Riturn translates the parts of it you can actually use into a daily product.
We didn't simplify Ayurveda. We made it operational.
Built with practitioners and physicians.
Scientific Advisory Board
Riturn's daily rituals are reviewed by a board of physicians and Ayurvedic practitioners before they reach you.
No diagnosis. No prescription.
The Coach is built with strict limits. We tell you exactly what it will and won't do — see our AI disclaimer.
Practitioner-authored content
The clinical depth of our content corpus is authored directly by SAB doctors, not generated by an AI.
